• A non- refundable 1 (one) room night charge applicable as a deposit / booking guarantee for stay period of January 06 – December 19
• 30 days prior to actual date of stay a 50 % non - refundable deposits from total stay are required for booking during peak season period December 20 – January 05
• 14 days prior to actual date of stay a remaining balance of 50 % to be completed deposits from total stay is required for booking during peak season period December 20 – January 05
• Any cancellation occurred 14 days prior to arrival during the peak season period all payment / deposits will fortified automatically without any notification.
• Any cancellation occurred 7 days prior to arrival for stay period of January 06 – December 20 all payment / deposits will fortified automatically without any notification.
• All payment will be converted to Indonesian Rupiah based on the exchange rate available (up to date)
